BDO advises BayWa AG on the sale of Schradenbiogas to Veolia

The Corporate Finance Energy Team, led by André Horn, successfully accompanied a sales process in the bioenergy and waste management sector.

The Schradenbiogas business essentially consists of the disposal of organic waste and the operation of biogas plants at three sites in Gröden, Geislingen and Alteno. With the acquisition of Schradenbiogas, Biocycling GmbH complements its existing plant locations and portfolio in the area of food waste collection and treatment.
